Shipping Time

At the moment, we only provide shipping within the United States. All orders are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage. Once your order is shipped, USPS delivers your package 2-5 business days. Our goal is to have your order processed and sent out within 30 days.

Return/Exchange Policy

Want to make a return? You have 14 days to return any unused item in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and all costs associated. In the case that you receive a defective item, please notify us here or onDiscord within 72 hours. Please provide photos of the defect in your request. Please note that since each item is handmade, small variations may occur in each piece and are not considered defective. 

Shipping & Order Info/Changes

The customer is responsible for checking the shipping address when placing the order. We are not responsible for any returned packages due to an incorrect address. If a package is returned, the buyer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the item. If you made a mistake and need to change your order info, please contact us as soon as possible to make the changes. Once your package is marked as shipped, we will be unable to make any changes or cancel your order.

Troubleshooting

 

How can I take care of my controller?

Most of my controllers are 3d printed with PLA. Although they are pretty durable, they cannot stand high temperature (above ~130°F/~55°C) or it will start warping/melting. Try not to leave them in your car in a very hot day, but do reach out if you need replacements for anything!

 I got tracking! But it still shows no updates

I normally drop off my packages Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and sometimes Fridays. The tracking should update the following day after these days. If you don't see tracking after a week, please let me know!

My controller is not working on ps4!

Plug in the controller while holding down the Triangle button to get to PS4 mode. 

Once you plug a controller into the PS4 (or PS5 using a converter), you need to press the Guide/Home button to activate the controller

 

My directional buttons stopped working!

The d-pad mode was probably changed accidentally. To change it back to Dpad mode, press Start+Select+Down

 

One of the buttons broke!

Each order comes with a lot of replacement buttons. If the button's peg gets stuck inside the switch do not worry.

  • Get a small pin and lighter/torch.
  • Light and heat up the tip of the needle/pin and poke the area with the broken filament.
  • Once it cools down, slowly pull the pin out. 
 
How do I replace the buttons if I want to change the color/button?
  • Unscrew the 7 screws from the bottom of the casing to get to the board.
  • Remove the buttons directly from the board using a keyboard switch puller like below. (You can buy them for 5 bucks on Amazon.)
  • If the switch comes out, do not worry. Just hold the switch and pull the button using your other hand.
